Getting Intalio|Server to work in a proxy environment

Currently, I’m evaluating BPM/BPEL engines for a client. First up: Intalio|Server. Intalio|Server is based on Apache ODE and runs on Tomcat. Downloading and installing (read: unzipping) was easy.
